This charming, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom spacious, family-friendly villa with private pool comfortably sleeps 6 guests (living couches also fold down into beds). Every room in the villa has 2 balconies and large outdoor spaces provide stunning and relaxing sea and mountain views across Kalamar Bay, Kalkan.

The space

We have tried to make the villa feel relaxing and comfortable, like a real family home should. The villa is located in near supermarkets and the bay/harbor is about a 15 minute walk—just far enough away from the centre to be quiet. The villa is peaceful and relaxing with a well equipped outdoor space including a barbecue and outdoor shower. We have decorated the villa with many locally produced crafts, and it has a real international flavour.

The villa offers a private pool and beautifully landscaped, colourful garden. The pool terrace has 6 sun loungers, couch, coffee table and chairs. A private and refreshing pool shower is nestled in the garden that provides many fruit trees.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a retro orange refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, etc. and a beautiful 5 burner plus grill/4 oven professional stove. In the colder months there is a fireplace and efficient wood burning stove.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire villa, all 3 bedrooms, the private garden and pool, the 5 sea-facing balconies & outdoor terraces. The villa has a living room offering Apple TV and DVD entertainment. The bright main kitchen is fully equipped and centre island that seats 6.

Located in Kiziltas, Villa Arancia is only a 10 minute downhill walk to the lovely village of Kalkan, with its cobbled streets, whitewashed, shuttered Ottoman buildings, many excellent Turkish and International restaurants, enticing shops, and picturesque harbour.

The villa is privately owned so guests can be assured that their e-mails and inquiries will be addressed in a timely and professional manner by the owner.

Our English-speaking off-site property manager is on call 24 hours a day and will gladly assist you with airport transfer, car rentals, excursion arrangements, and suggestions during your stay.

Free Wi-Fi access is available and our 2 TVs are set up with Apple TV, make signing on to your Netflix and other accounts easy. Guests are welcome to use the Turkish-style charcoal BBQ grill.

The property is cleaned prior to check-in and again after check-out, so there is no need to waste your final day of holiday cleaning the villa. A complimentary mid-stay clean and linen/towel change is provided for two week or longer rentals.

Additional cleaning, laundry, and other services can, with sufficient notice, be arranged at a small cost.

Located in lower Kiziltas, Villa Arancia is situated on a quiet residential road, just a 10 minute walk to the town centre and a few more to the Old Town. Arancia is truly charming throughout, beautifully furnished and & decorated to a very high standard. The outside spaces are equally lovely, with a spacious pool terrace, covered outside dining area, a pristine swimming pool, and an attractive mature garden. The villa benefits from partial sea views from pool level, and full sea views from the first floor & the master bedroom suite on the top floor. All amenities, including Apple TV so you can easily access your Itunes, Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts, wifi with boosters on every floor & AC.
